Build an Inclusive Coalition

Successful programs weave together the different needs, opportunities, perspectives and preferences of many different stakeholders – residents, business, city agencies and institutions. Some stakeholders may be deeply embedded in the community and highly motivated; others may feel apart from it or apathetic. But your first task is to bring them together so they can start talking – and listening to each other.
